There is no such thing as work-life balance, you seem to just be giving everywhere or always chasing your tail and procrastinating.

It has so much potential to be fulfilling and full of satisfying personal growth.

But it's also a world that has NOT been set up for women and is full of systems that make it harder to thrive for individuals and more so women from different backgrounds to the standard white, heterosexual, able-bodied male.

I want to share something with you - there is nothing wrong with you.

You just have common mental barriers that keep women full of self-doubt and ignoring your own needs.

Even though I have been working on my self concept and boundaries successfully for years I still find blind spots that make my jaw drop and that's okay.

Everyone has them.

So if you're often overwhelmed with your work-life and second guessing yourself, you're not alone. You're normal.
But you are resourceful and I'm sure you've listened to a few podcasts to try to improve how you feel at work and talked with friends about it.

You might have even dived into the odd self-help book and done some great work on other important life issues through therapy.

I am also sure that you've tried to tweak things here and there with your work routine, boss or family life with mixed success.

All of these strategies can help in their own way.

BUT there is a strategy that brings it all together.


Working harder, being 'more organised' and beating yourself up are not the answers.

Transformation starts with how you think and connect to your body.
Being smart and doing a good job is not enough to help magically fix your work issues.

We've never been taught how to work really effectively with our brains and our bodies before - that's why people come to me.

I've spent over a decade as a wellbeing researcher, including doing my PhD, becoming certified as a life coach and reading, researching and refining the most useful tools and information so you don't have to.

I'm an expert in sorting out all the work-life issues that make it feel lacklustre and stressful - the ones you think you just have to put up with even though they are making you a bit (or very) miserable.

Making your work-life feel wonderful is so satisfying and creates huge ripple effects in your life - you'll notice your colleagues, friends and families are happier, not just you!

It's also fun and a really beautiful experience learning and transforming your work amongst a group of warm, wonderful women.

Better Work in 60 Days is an online training course designed to turn around how you're feeling at work so that you can concentrate on other things in life!

What will we cover?

* Getting your mind to work FOR you and not against you (your inner critic will get a comfy spot to relax in rather than stay in nagging or attack).

* How to calm your body so you feel less anxious and stressed and can work more efficiently.

* How to become the Queen of decisions that suit you down to a tee.

* Building your self-confidence and unpacking self-sabotage, imposter syndrome and perfectionism (they are all linked!)

* Increasing productivity and focus in ways that work beautifully FOR YOU and allow you to be a human and someone with different needs (e.g. neurodiverse or with chronic illness)

* Working with all types of people and having those tricky/terrifying conversations PLUS working out your boundaries (and using them!)

You'll also access to the Better Work Library that covers a huge range of work-life topics including bonus content on children and work, job hunting, negotiating salaries/benefits and more!



All the details

Better Work includes live online training each Sunday night (7.30-8.30pm AEDT) and coaching with Q and A each Thursday (7.30-8.30pm AEDT) and Wednesday (1-2pm AEDT).

Your interactive trainings start Sunday 5th March and run for 8 weeks in total. 


All trainings and coaching/QandA sessions are recorded and you can also submit your questions separately if you can't attend.

No need to do extra work to complete the course, you will action what you want to work on during your normal work day to improve it as you go!
